Cancellation Policy
Window for Cancellation
Customers can change their minds and cancel their order up to 90 minutes after they place it. After this window closes, the order will already be being processed and can't be stopped.
How to cancel?
You can cancel your order by emailing customercare@petsgoody.com or calling +1 (917) 9477-946 within the time limit. Please include your full name and order number so we can find your order quickly.
After the Cancellation Period
If we get your request after the 90-minute window, your order will already be in the process of being filled. You can still ask for a return or refund after the item has been delivered if you follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Time to Answer
We take care of cancellation requests within two hours of getting them during business hours. You will get an email letting you know that your cancellation has been confirmed.
