Shipping and Ordering
How long will it take to process my order?
- After you confirm your order, it will be processed within 1–2 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking number.
When will I get my order?
- Delivery within the United States usually takes 3 to 7 business days after the package is sent. During busy times or holidays, transit times may be a little longer.
Do you ship for free?
- Yes, shipping is free on all orders within the United States. You don't have to buy anything to get it.
After I place an order, can I change my shipping address?
- We can change your address if your order hasn't been processed yet. Please get in touch with our support team right away at customercare@petsgoody.com.
Will I get information about where my package is?
- Yes. We will send you a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also track it directly on our website's tracking page.
Returns and refunds
Can I send my order back?
- Yes, you can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. For all the details, please read our Return and Refund Policy.
Who is responsible for paying for return shipping?
- You will have to pay for the return if you change your mind. Petsgoody will pay for the return shipping if your item is damaged or broken.
When will I get my money back?
- We will process your refund within 20 days of inspecting and approving the item you sent back. Your refund will go back to the same payment method you used.
Is it possible to trade an item?
- We do not allow exchanges. You can place a new order and send back the original item for a refund.
Changes and Cancellations
Is it possible to cancel my order after I've made it?
- If you want to cancel your order within 90 minutes of buying it, you can do so by emailing customercare@petsgoody.com or calling +1 (917) 9477-946. You can't cancel after that, but you can ask for a return once it gets there.
What happens if I don't cancel in time?
- If your order is already being processed or shipped, you can't cancel it. You can still start a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
Billing and Payments
What kinds of payments do you take?
- Shopify Payments securely processes all payments for our store. Customers can pay using major credit and debit cards, along with other supported payment methods. All transactions are encrypted and fully compliant with PCI DSS security standards.
When will I have to pay?
- As soon as your order is confirmed, your payment is processed. There are no extra costs, and all prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
What happens if I don't get my money?
- If a payment doesn't go through, the order won't be processed. You can either try again or use a different payment method to finish your purchase.

Are your products safe for all pets?
- Yes. All items are carefully chosen to make sure they are safe, comfortable, and long-lasting for everyday use with pets.
Do you get more of things that are sold out
- We add new items to our inventory all the time. If an item is out of stock, please check back soon or call us to find out when it will be back in stock.
